It is very considerate of total strangers going out of their way to find things to ban to help extend and preserve human lives. I'm not sure why they haven't banned the use of automobiles. I hear many lives are lost every year from automobiles. As for the anti tobacco people in San Fran, I haven't heard any groups of helpful citizens looking to ban smoking marijuana, except government employees of course.
