"Leading the industry again, this time its Quad Core."
My version:
"Mangling English again, this time it's run-on sentences."
We will limit this blog to comments on philosophy, religion, theology, economics, sociology, history, physics, mathematics, politics, current events, computers, sports, art, culture, programming languages, nightlife, travel, artificial intelligence, ethics, food, and secret sex tips gleaned from years spent with various Himalayan masters. So don't expect it to cover everything.

Hmm... This doesn't feel like a run-on sentence to me, exactly. I don't know if there is a tech term for what I think is really wrong with it; I'd call it deficient reference.
I think "Leading the industry again" is shorthand for "AMD is leading the industry again," so each is a complete sentence, and the whole is a run-on. I stand by my claim.
