More Evidence

that running through crowds of children, the elderly, etc. because "I've got to keep jogging" is not just rude but unnecessary: it turns out that taking walking breaks during a run is healthier.

So it's come to this. Fat asses now walk and call it running. Oh, I just invented a new exercise, it's called weightlifting. All you do is sit in front of the tv and eat snacks, presto!

Yes, funny comment, except the evidence shows that run/walking is BETTER FOR YOU than just running.
